🗂️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Audits/ CSR Audits:

  • Understand client and project requirements.
  • Demonstrate a good level of knowledge and judgment, to develop well-reasoned and researched solutions on client issues.
  • Assist in preparation of high quality Audits/Special Reviews/Consulting proposals.
  • Assist the team in development of Audit Programs as per the agreed scope of work with the client;
  • Assist the team in planning, executing and closing of projects.
  • Undertake the field visit to client locations to carry out the audits/reviews.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience after post-graduation in a reputed chartered accountancy firm or Internal Audit Consulting firm.

🗂️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with TTC’s expertise in sustainable development and natural resource management.
  • Prepare and lead submissions of consulting/research proposals, concept notes, and tender documents tailored to sector-specific needs.
  • Contribute to meeting business development targets aligned with TTC’s strategic priorities.

Project Management and Leadership

  • Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Translate complex client requirements into actionable project frameworks and deliverables.
  • Oversee design and implementation of research, field data collection, stakeholder consultations, and baseline/endline assessments.
  • Guide rigorous data analysis and synthesis to produce high-quality reports, policy briefs, and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree (Master’s) in Agriculture, Environment, Sustainable Development, Natural Resource Management, Rural Development, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience post-graduation in consulting, program management and implementation, or M&E roles within the development sector, with a focus on sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, food systems, and landscape or resource management.
  • Proven experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact assessments, and evidence-based advisory services in relevant thematic areas.
  • Familiarity with donor processes, including RFPs, EoIs, and tender submissions for agencies such as GIZ, UNDP, World Bank, IFC, ADB, and government entities, will be an asset.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in the domains of education, skill development, health, rural livelihoods.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Proposal Strategy

  • Lead and support identification of new business opportunities across CSR, sustainability, and development advisory domains.
  • Scan and track RFPs/EoIs/tenders from multilateral agencies, corporates, foundations, and government departments.
  • Develop high-quality concept notes, pitch decks, capability statements, and tailored proposals aligned to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal practice teams to design technical approaches, methodologies, workplans, and budgets.
  • Manage complete bid lifecycle—opportunity evaluation, Go/No-Go recommendation, consortium coordination, submission, and follow-up.
  • Support strengthening of TTC’s BD systems, processes, and knowledge repository.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Project Support (as needed)

Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with thematic teams to maintain updated profiles, project sheets, CVs, and credentials.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA (preferably Marketing & Communications/Strategy) from a reputed institution with a strong academic background.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, advisory services, corporate sustainability/CSR, or development sector organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to RFPs/EoIs/tenders issued by multilaterals (UN agencies, World Bank, ADB), large corporates, foundations, or government departments.
  • Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: CSR, Education, Health, Skill Development, Livelihood, Natural Resource Management, Climate/Sustainability, Gender, Human Rights.

3. REQUIRED ABILITIES & PROFICIENCIES

Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across development sector (both existing as well as new clients) in coordination with TTC Senior Leadership and Partners.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development, Rural Development, Rural Management, Agriculture, Environment, Natural Resource Management, Public Policy, or related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in consulting, project management, or advisory roles within the development sector, focused on sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, NRM, food systems, or landscape management.
  • Proven track record in leading large, multi-partner projects and client portfolios successfully.
  • Strong experience in business development including proposals, client pitching, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with donor processes (RFPs, EoIs) for UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank, IFC, ADB, etc.
  • Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills; proficiency with MS Office and data visualisation/statistical tools preferred.
