Project Audits/ CSR Audits:

  • Understand client and project requirements.
  • Demonstrate a good level of knowledge and judgment, to develop well-reasoned and researched solutions on client issues.

🗂️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with TTC’s expertise in sustainable development and natural resource management.
  • Prepare and lead submissions of consulting/research proposals, concept notes, and tender documents tailored to sector-specific needs.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree (Master’s) in Agriculture, Environment, Sustainable Development, Natural Resource Management, Rural Development, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience post-graduation in consulting, program management and implementation, or M&E roles within the development sector, with a focus on sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, food systems, and landscape or resource management.
  • Proven experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact assessments, and evidence-based advisory services in relevant thematic areas.
  • Familiarity with donor processes, including RFPs, EoIs, and tender submissions for agencies such as GIZ, UNDP, World Bank, IFC, ADB, and government entities, will be an asset.

Position Title: Consultant-Business Development (Development Sector Advisory)

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Proposal Strategy

  • Lead and support identification of new business opportunities across CSR, sustainability, and development advisory domains.

The project is implemented in close partnership with the Government of Tripura and focuses on strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) in multilingual classrooms across aspirational tribal blocks. The work involves deep classroom engagement, collaboration with teachers, field teams and government systems, and aims at long-term system-level change.

PROGRAM ASSOCIATE (2 POSITIONS)
