  • Understand client and project requirements.

Business Development

  • 4–8 years of professional experience post-graduation in consulting, program management and implementation, or M&E roles within the development sector, with a focus on sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, food systems, and landscape or resource management.
  • Proven experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact assessments, and evidence-based advisory services in relevant thematic areas.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Proposal Strategy

The project is implemented in close partnership with the Government of Tripura and focuses on strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) in multilingual classrooms across aspirational tribal blocks. PROGRAM ASSOCIATE (2 POSITIONS)
