Parul is the Founder and Global Managing Partner for TTC. With over 22 years of experience, he has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership to large development programs at country and regional levels with international and national organizations.
He has driven major programs in areas of cross-sectoral partnerships and institutional networks, inclusive community participation, social accountability, and social justice, using his rich and extensive experience in Social Development and CSR. His contribution to the cause of enhancing and enriching the quality of key human development indicators such as child rights and gender equality has been anchored in the core principles of sustainable development strategies and programmes undertaken by him.
Throughout his career, he has been an ardent advocate of women’s rights and has undertaken seminal work in re-scripting the narrative on women’s empowerment through various initiatives. As a member of the Global Advisory Board of WeConnect International, he actively encouraged and supported women entrepreneurs by connecting them to market opportunities. One of his most significant achievements was to bring 109 women’s business associations under one platform of Think Big Asia.
Parul values the role of the government as a major stakeholder in the development process and has successfully created sustainable tri-stakeholder partnerships and networks, with the government, private sector and not-for-profit organisations, collaborating together to achieve common goals.
Parul is on board of many reputed national and global organisations. As an Advisor and Promoter Director in India for The Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN), he has a key contribution in building the ecosystem for philanthropists and social investors within the country. As a Founding Board Member of Save the Children-Bal Raksha, the Indian Evolution of Save the Children International Network, he has made substantive contributions in the sector of child development and rights. He is also a Board Member of SafeLIFE Foundation and a Senior Advisor on the Advisory Board of Biz Divas, a CSR initiative by Altavis Private Limited.
He was previously a Partner and the Global Co-leader for The not-for-profit organisation at Ernst & Young India LLP (EY) and during his career he lent his expertise and leadership to various organizations and associations in India and across the Globe.
Parul is a Doctoral Fellow from the Department of Commerce, University of Rajasthan.

Dipankar is Partner and Leader Sustainability & Climate Change. He is a seasoned sustainability professional, has over 34 years of multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral experience in the domains of environmental services, sustainability and human development, climate change, carbon markets, environment, health and safety (EHS), resource efficiency, sustainable technology and renewable energy. One of the key areas of his work has been managing sustainability and climate change risks and leveraging opportunities in changing times.
Dipankar has led large projects, in India as well as Internationally, which consisted of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team from the consultant’s end, as well as diverse stakeholders from client’s end.
He has worked closely with diverse industry sectors, such as oil & gas, power utility, automotive, iron and steel, biofuel, transportation, construction, communication, etc., and also Government and Multi-lateral Funded Institutions.
Previously, he was a Partner at EY, leading the Climate Change and Sustainability services of Ernst & Young India LLP (EY) in Northern Region of India. He was also part of the advisory team responsible for developing the Climate Change & Sustainability Services in India. Later, he served as the Leader of EY’s sustainability services in the MENA region, strategizing the growth of the practice in the region.
Dipankar is a B.E. and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering and a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers India. He also has a Diploma in Sustainability from the Maastricht School of Management, and participated in Leadership Development Programme at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Vijay is Partner and Leader M&E and Impact Assessment. He has 20 years of experience in thematic areas like Child Rights, Natural management, Micro-finance, Livelihood, Corporate and Skill Development. He Led the M&E and CSR consulting divisions in Ernst & Young India LLP (EY) & KPMG, supporting corporates in developing scalable and sustainable CSR strategies & programmes.
Vijay holds Robust Grassroots experience of managing development programs and was also involved in developing monitoring and evaluations systems involving both financial and programmatic components.
He has authored a book on the study of KAP of the leprosy affected Gond Tribal's of Madhya Pradesh and published papers on a diverse range of topics including CSR, Inter-Cultural Communication Competence, Informal Labour, etc.
He was previously a Senior Manager at EY, responsible for driving the CSR and Social Development Consulting vertical. He’s also the Managing Trustee of ARANYA, a social organization providing shelter to girl child belonging to de-notified tribes.
Vijay is a Fellow from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.

Amit is Partner and Leader Governance & Risk Advisory at TTC. He has more than 19 years of experience in financial management with a focus on the development sector supported by various international donor agencies, Government and Corporate Foundations.
He’s a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with extensive experience in setting up new organizations, governance structure, budgeting, compliances, financial reporting, procurement processes and systems. He also holds experience in finance strategy, auditing and compliance, financial process development, procurement and bid process management, and development of standard operating procedures.
He’s involved in undertaking numerous Procurement Audits/Reviews, development of guidelines and manuals on the procurement procedure and practices.
In addition, Amit has conducted several workshops and training programmes on procurement, financial management and control, inventory management, budgeting, taxation, audit and accounting. Seasoned Chartered Accountant with exceptional skills on Project Appraisal, Financial Modelling, System Designing (audit & accounting), Taxation.
He was previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Prior to which, he was an Associate Vice President at Grant Thornton.
Amit is a Chartered Accountant, ICAI, and has a Diploma in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Devashish has over 22 years of experience in providing consulting services in addition to his experience of 12 years in the Automobile/Engineering Industry. His key areas of expertise have been the programme management of multi-stakeholder large projects, fund management, programme design and review, institutional assessment, strategic business planning and institutional development, capacity building and training.
As the Country Head in Crown Agents and Principal Consultant in PwC, he has managed multiple projects in the Government/Development Sector. He has been involved in projects, in the Health and Family Planning, Urban and Industrial Infrastructure and Social Development, funded by WB, ADB, DFID, USAID and UN agencies.
His responsibilities in all these projects include Stakeholder Relationship Management, Delivery Management and Quality Assurance. Over and above he has significant experience of leading teams comprising multi-disciplinary professionals internationally.
Prior to joining TTC, he has led many assignments and recently he completed the highly successful DFID funded Joint Donor Technical Assistance Fund (JDTAF) programme in MOHFW Bangladesh as the Team Leader.
Devashish is a Post Graduate Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kanpur.

Indra is Partner Sustainability & Climate Change. He has more than 22 years of experience in the domain of sustainability, EHS and climate change.
He has worked extensively in advisory and implementation of sustainability and climate change strategy, building roadmaps with targets aligned to business goals, indexing sustainability performance and impact assessment, sustainable sourcing, sustainability reporting, and assurance, carbon footprint mapping/GHG accounting, monitoring and verification, due-diligence, carbon transaction, risk mapping, low carbon transformation. He is an expert in EHS studies involving compliance management, due diligence, risk assessments, policy framing, and review of governance structure.
Indra has worked across diverse industry sectors, such as metal and mining, oil & gas, chemical, pharma, power utility, automotive, fertilizer, etc. He has also worked extensively with the government, funding agencies like ClimateWorks/Shakti Foundation, DFID, GIZ and with NGOs like WWF on climate policy related assignments.
Before TTC, Indra spent a major part of his professional a career with Ernst & Young LLP (EY) for 14 years where he led the north team as Executive Director prior to his stint with Jubilant as Chief Sustainability Officer.
Indra is a graduate in Civil Engineering from BE College, with a masters from IIT Kharagpur and has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM Kolkata.

Dhrubaa specializes in public health issues with more than 25 years of research experience - both nationally and internationally - especially in the field of infectious diseases (molecular epidemiology & pathogenesis) and molecular diagnostics, and was a recipient of several International awards for her research work and publications.
As a scientist, she has worked on a wide range of diseases from malaria to various viral outbreaks (encephalitis, hepatitis, HIV/TB, dengue and Viral Diarrhoea) at the national level. She also developed diagnostic strategies on high-throughput platforms with her International collaborators for the detection of bacterial and viral infections.
Prior to joining TTC, Dhrubaa was a Senior Scientist at the International Centre for Genetic engineering & Biotechnology (a UN facility), and led the pathogen detection and discovery team. She was also a faculty and Head of the Department at the core facility at the National Institute of Virology, Pune, MoHFW, Govt of India.

Gaurav is Senior Vice President in Advisory Services. He has more than 14 years of experience in designing, deploying, monitoring and evaluating social sector initiatives in the domains of public health, gender, education, child and adolescent rights and livelihood. Through his work, Gaurav has enabled UN agencies, international financial intuitions and corporate foundations in realizing the objectives of their program operations. His works ranges from supporting micro-pilots to structuring and assessing the institution’s long term strategy and country partnership frameworks.
Having worked across more than 20 countries, covering conflict affected areas, he has delivered on sensitive engagements centered on aspects such as violence against women in South Asia, Middle East & North Africa and South East Asia, human trafficking in India, women’s economic empowerment in Afghanistan, HIV/AIDS in Bangladesh and India, multiple vulnerable groups in Bhutan, child rights in Cambodia and adolescent health in India.

Gaurav holds Post Graduate in Public Health from Indian Institute of Health Management and Research, Jaipur.
